Terms and Conditions

. Online booking cancellations or alterations can only be made by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it    Cancellations made by telephone, fax or in person are not acceptable.

. The person whose credit/debit card was used to make the booking is the only person able to change an online booking. 

. A refund will only be given if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the tee-off time (or start time in the case of Fun Sports bookings).

. In order to arrange for a refund the person who made & paid for the booking must please contact the Admin Department by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , detailing their name and contact telephone number, together with a copy of the original booking confirmation email.

. Alternatively, provided the person who made & paid for the booking is a member of Les Mielles Golf & Country Club a credit can be placed on their membership account.

GOLF

. When the Course is open but the weather conditions are questionable:-

o If a golfer(s) chooses to play a 9 hole round of golf, then the weather worsens and the golfer(s) decides not to continue, no refund will be given.
o If a golfer(s) chooses to play an 18 hole round and comes off the Course during or at the end of the front 9 holes, a refund of an 18 hole round less the cost of a 9 hole round will be given.
o If a golfer(s) chooses to play an 18 hole round and comes off the Course during the back 9 holes, no refund will be given.

. When the Course is closed no person may play on the Course and all bookings are cancelled.  It is then up to the individual(s) concerned to re-book their golf slots by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within 24 hours of their original booking or, return your confirmation email and details for a refund.  Pre-paid monies will be automatically transferred to the new booking if you are re-arranging your booking.

. Any unfulfilled online bookings are not refundable.

. Maximum playing time for 18 holes is 4 hours 20 minutes and for 9 holes is 2 hours 20 minutes.  This rule was introduced to reduce slow play.  The main emphasis of the slow play rule is to provide a maximum playing time per hole, which is printed on the scorecard.

. All golfers must conform to the required conventions of appropriate dress and general appearance when playing on the Course or attending the Club House and/or Restaurant.


COURSE DRESS CODE

Shoes
. Metal spikes  are not permitted on the course, in the Club House or surrounding areas.  Smart trainers are permitted in exceptional circumstances.
. Compressed air guns are provided to clean shoes and other equipment.  Please clean your shoes before entering the Club House.

Clothing
. Discreet logo branding only on all items of clothing.
. No blue denim jeans, jackets, shirts or other items of denim clothing are permitted on the course.
. No scruffy clothes (even if designer label) are to be worn on the course.
. V-neck / polo-neck / crew-neck or turtle-neck jumpers or plain collared sweatshirts are acceptable.
. No tracksuits / jogging pants are to be worn on the course.
. Ladies and Gentlemen are expected to wear tailored trousers / skorts / shorts.  No casual shorts (ie football shorts or swimming shorts or, in the case of ladies, no brief shorts / skorts).
. Collared shirts are expected for both ladies and gentlemen.  No vest-type shirts are to be worn and golfers are not permitted to remove their shirts on hot days.
. Socks worn with shorts must be full length ankle or knee high.  Trainer socks are not acceptable for Gentlemen.

Any exception to the above Rule is subject to the Rangers' approval and likewise, any person not complying with the above Rule may not be allowed on the course.


FUN SPORTS

. If the Activity Centre is closed, due to adverse weather conditions or any other reason, then a full refund of any Activity booking will be given.

. In order to arrange for a refund the person who made & paid for the booking must please contact the Admin Department by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , detailing their name and contact telephone number, together with a copy of the original booking confirmation email.

. If the Activity Centre remains open and a person chooses not to fulfil their booking they will not be entitled to a refund.

RESTAURANT

When cancelling a Restaurant booking:

. If a Restaurant booking is attached to a Golf or Activity Package payment will already have been refunded at the time of cancelling the Golf or Activity.

. If payment has been taken for a Restaurant Function booking, provided the person who made & paid for the booking has notified us 48 hours in advance a full refund will be given.

. In order to arrange for a refund the person who made & paid for the booking must please contact the Admin Department by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , detailing their name and contact telephone number, together with a copy of the original booking confirmation email.

. If a person chooses not to fulfil their booking and they have not notified us within 48 hours they will not be entitled to a refund.


PROMOTION CODES
Where applicable, Promotion Codes for booking Golf, Fun Sports and Extra Hire equipment are subject to allocated time bands and prices.  If your chosen time falls outside of your Promotion Code time allocation you will see the following message: Not a Valid Promotion Code or Chosen Time Falls Outside of Promotion Code Booking Range.
