Terms and Conditions Relating to 5 Day Full Playing Options:

  1. Full 5 Day Options are available on an Annual (12 month) or 6-monthly basis ONLY. Members will be contractually bound to an Annual (12 month)
    or 6-monthly Contract and no refunds are available.
  2. Full 5 Day Annual Green Fee Options payments paid by Direct Debit will be paid by 9 monthly payments, the first payment being due on 1st April 2012.
    Members will then receive the final 3 months (Jan, Feb & Mar 2013) for free.
  3. Members joining later in the year will have their Direct Debits & payments adjusted accordingly.
  4. Members will be able to book tee-times on Weekdays, Weekends and Bank Holidays up to 28 days in advance using our Internet Booking System.
    Bookings made in person or over the phone with our Booking Office will only be taken 7 days in advance.
