 The competition entry sheet is  displayed for 3 to 4 weeks in advance of competition.

2 days prior to the competition the entry sheet is passed to admin staff to load on to computer.

It is only when the start sheet is loaded on to computer that the admin staff be expected to enter or remove a players name from a booking.

In other words whilst the sheet is displayed on board it is the PLAYERS sole responsibility for entering or removing his name.

The Course Computer print out is the Final Start sheet and if a player is a

'No Show' the Course will seek re-imbursement for Green Fees.

The player will receive a letter advising him of an automatic 2 competition ban following a right of appeal period.

If the 'No Show' is on a Saturday the ban will be for 2 Saturday competitions and if a Thursday it will be a ban for 2 Thursday Competitions...

Tee slots are at a premium and when a waiting list is in operation it is unfair that players should miss out in an opportunity to play.
